This Equipment is used for extracting the effective constituents from material by solvents, especially in pharmacy, herbs, beverage, chemical industry.
This equipment is made up with extraction tank, condenser, cooler, oil/water separator, filter and circulation pump.
1. Extraction process is decoction, plant material be soaked in tank, heated by steam, extract effective constituents.
2. Extraction duration is vary from plant material. Plant material volume should not over 2/3 of equipment capacity.
3. When extracting essential oil, vapor be condensed and cooled, then go through oil/liquid separator, light oil be collected from upper nozzle. heavy oil be collected from bottom nozzle.
4. Extracted liquid be pumped to evaporator for concentration process.
Unique self-locking discharge door, double hinges and cylinder has the advantages of being stressed uniformly and reduce the occurrence of locking leading by metal contraction.
